The Kentucky Foundation for Women announced today that executive director Judi Jennings will retire at the end of this fiscal year. Her last day will be June 30. The organization, a private foundation which supports feminist art and social change, is currently searching for its next leader.
Jennings, who was named one of the most powerful and influential leaders in the nonprofit arts by the Western States Art Federation last year, has led the foundation for more than 15 years. Jennings also helped found the national Art, Culture and Social Justice Network, and is a frequent speaker on grassroots social justice and art issues.
