2016 Web Conference Series Begins February 2
The first session of the 2016 Web Conference Series, Socio-Emotional Impacts of the Arts in Early Childhood: 15 Years of Research, will be held on Tuesday, February 2 at 2pm EST / 11am PST. It will explore the links between arts participation and social-emotional development in early childhood, including specific research found on the impacts of arts enrichment, particularly in economically disadvantaged families and communities.

GIA Embarks on Racial Equity Audit
As a continuation of its commitment to racial equity in arts philanthropy, GIA has contracted with Lighthouse Philanthropy Advisors to engage in a comprehensive, organization-wide audit, which will culminate in a report with recommendations on internal policies, external communications, and organizational practices as they pertain to goals of racial equity.
