LA Artists Featured at Conference
GIA is proud to feature more than 25 local artists at the 2015 Conference, who will perform and participate in plenaries, preconferences, and special events. ‘Ukulele virtuoso Jason Arimoto, who is co-founder of U-Space at the Japanese American Cultural Community Center in Los Angeles, will perform at the Monday Luncheon Plenary. East LA Chican@ group Quetzal will be the featured keynote presentation to close the conference on Wednesday.
Request for Proposals for Racial Equity in Arts Philanthropy Audit
Grantmakers in the Arts invites interested and qualified consulting firms or individuals through an RFP process to submit a proposal to conduct an organization-wide audit of GIA’s internal documents and policies and external communication as they pertain to the organization’s goals of racial equity in arts philanthropy.
