Introducing Keynote Speakers: Celso González Quiñones
Celso González Quiñones, a Puerto Rican artist recognized for his broken slab mosaics — which he works through his company CERO — is one of the 2021 GIA Conference Keynote Speakers. His art is introspective, and in recent years he has developed around 40 public art projects that can be seen in monumental murals throughout the island.
