Happy New Year GIA members!
I am delighted to announce that Grantmakers in the Arts has opened our office at 522 Courtlandt Avenue, First Floor, Bronx NY 10451.
Our new office phone number is (929) 452-3740. Throughout the early winter, the Seattle staff will make sure the transition is smooth by working with GIA on projects and by training the New York staff. Deputy Director Jim McDonald and Director of Operations and Finance Jan Bailie will continue to work with GIA through February. In March, Jan Bailie moves into her new part-time role as Operations and Finance Advisor. Some of the New York staff have begun and all will have begun by January 17. You may find their bios here. We will begin highlighting their backgrounds in these Member Bulletins over the coming weeks. We look forward to continuing to update you on GIA’s ongoing work to support our community of practice. Sincerely, Eddie Torres Presidnet & CEO |
